The Children's World Child Care Society recognizes that parents are the main caregivers and that the role of the daycare is to support and supplement that care. It is our belief that the total needs of each child must be met within the context of a safe learning environment. We believe learning through play develops in the child a positive attitude in the themselves and peers, that learning is fun and playing is an excellent way to learn.
Our program strives to meet the physical, social, intellectual, creative, and emotional needs of the children in our program by providing programming based on the interests of the children.
Our center has implemented the Flight framework as another learning tool to use to enhance, observe, share ideas, build positive, caring, and informative relationships with our families. We use strategies that our based on the holistic image of the child to create positive interactions that are put into practice in the children's everyday experiences.
Children's World Child Care Society is a licensed Early Learning and Child Care facility in Barrhead, Alberta.
We provide full and part-time care for children 0-6 years as well as after school care and Summer day camp program (July and August)
Educators are required to have first aid
Educators vary in education from levels 1-3

Monday to Friday
7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Will open earlier if necessary and care is booked in advance
